- Billy Payne Accepted the key to Georgia Tech
- ACOG Chief Billy Payne received the key to Georgia Tech today in front of hundreds
of news reporters, TV crew members and ACOG volunteers. This symbolifies the
transfer of control of the campus to ACOG. ACOG has taken posession of the campus
on June 15, 1996 and is rushing to get everything ready for the Olympic Games.
